产品简介：

多聚甲醛（Paraformaldehyde），化学名聚甲醛（polyoxymethylene），CAS 号 30525-89-4，是甲醛的线性聚合物，常温下为白色粉末。由于聚合物形式难以穿透细胞膜及组织间隙，粉末本身不能直接用作固定剂；需经加热解聚为单体甲醛并溶于缓冲液后，方可发挥固定作用。

本品为无甲醇添加的 4% 多聚甲醛溶液（4% PFA），由多聚甲醛经解聚后溶于磷酸盐缓冲液配制而成，pH 7.4，适用于绝大多数组织及细胞的固定。作为免疫组织化学（IHC）和细胞培养中最常用的固定液之一，本品能够很好地维持组织和细胞的原有形态结构。

保存条件: 

4℃保存（三个月有效）；-20℃保存（一年有效）

产品使用：

1.     组织固定：室温或 4℃条件下浸泡固定 4～12 h，固定时长根据组织尺寸灵活调整，体积较大标本可适当延长固定时间，整体固定时长不宜超过 24 h。

2.     切片固定：室温或 4℃固定 10 min～2 h，具体时长依据切片厚度确定。

3.     细胞固定：常规培养细胞与细胞爬片于室温或 4℃固定 10～15 min，特殊实验条件可另行调整。

注意事项：

1.     开封后未用完请分装后置于-20℃保存。

2.     本品有刺激性、腐蚀性，务必在通风橱内操作，避免吸入。

3.     开封后请及时用完，久置会导致其固定效力降低。

After 48 h, the invaded OC cells were fixed with 4 % paraformaldehyde (NBS0135, NoninBio, Shanghai, China), colored by 0.1 % crystal violet (A600331, Sangon, Shanghai, China), and quantified from five random fields under a BX53M microscope (Olympus, Japan) .

After two weeks, colonies were fixed in 4% formaldehyde (NBS0135; NoninBio, Shanghai) for 30 min and stained with 0.5% crystal violet (B1173; APPLYGEN, Beijing) for 20 min. Colonies containing > 50 cells were manually counted.

Brains were immediately collected and processed as follows: one hemisphere was fixed in 4% neutral buffered paraformaldehyde (NBS0135, Shanghai Nonin Biological Technology) for histology, and the contralateral hemisphere was snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at −80 °C for molecular biological analysis.

In short, the collected kidney tissues were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde (NBS0135, NoninBio, China) at 4 °C for 24 h, embedded in paraffin, and sliced to serial coronal sections (thickness: 4 μm) in sequence.

The cells in the lower chamber were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (Noninbio, Shanghai, China) and were stained with 0.1% crystal violet (Solarbio, Beijing, China).

After 1 d, OS cells on the surface the below membrane were fixed using 4% paraformaldehyde (Noninbio, Shanghai, China) and dyed with crystal violet (0.1%).
