bioGenous™ Mammary Epithelial Organoid Kit is a serum-free culture medium for human mammary epithelial organoids. This kit supplies essential nutrients that support the self-renewal and self-organization of mammary organoids. Mammary epithelial organoids display hallmarks of the ductal epithelium in terms of architecture, cell type composition, and self-renewal dynamics. These organoids exhibit significant expression of biomarkers of basal cell (KRT5+, TP63+), luminal progenitors and mature luminal cells, indicating the retention of the original breast properties. Mammary epithelial organoids hold great promise for studies of regeneration therapy and disease modelling.
