Product Description

bioGenous™ Human Endometrium Organoid Kit is a serum-free culture medium for human endometrium organoids derived from adult stem cells. These organoids mimic the cell type composition of the endometrium, including glandular epithelium (KRT7+) and secretory cells (PAX8+). Endometrium organoids display hallmarks of the endometrium epithelium in terms of architecture, cell type composition, and self-renewal dynamics. Human endometrium organoid offer potential for in-depth studies of endometrial development and disease, and may also be applied in regenerative biology for the ex vivo expansion of endometrial epithelium.
